Have you ever been at a crossroads, trying to decide whether to go to the left, right, or straight ahead? You may have even thought about going backward because back was comfortable and known. Or, you may have said, if only I could see beyond where I’m standing, then I would know for sure which way to go. But you will never be able to see what God sees. You will never know what God knows because you will never be able to see the full picture, spiritually and naturally so that you can seek and trust God, completely, as you journey toward what He has waiting for you. There will be long roads ahead, hills to climb, and mountains to scale, and yes you will even deal with lions, tigers, and bears. But when you seek God’s wisdom and knowledge and trust Him, completely, He will direct and protect you, stay with and provide for you. And He will give you understanding and strength with every step along the way.
Prayer:
Dear Father God,
Thank You Lord for Your guidance and direction in every situation. I know that my limitations are necessary to make me trust You completely for direction, guidance, protection, and provision. Lord, what consolation, that I have You as my Shepherd to guide me and never leave my side. Lord I pray for more of Your Holy Spirit. I pray for a spirit of wisdom, understanding, and knowledge, and a spirit of understanding and strength. And Lord I ask that if I should go off course that You would lovingly lead me back with Your mighty outstretched hand.
In Jesus name I pray,

And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding,
the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;
