I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

My help cometh from the LORD, which made Heaven and earth.

He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: He that keepeth thee will not slumber.
Psalms 121:4
Behold, He that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
Sleep is something that everyone needs. It is vital to our existence. Sleep is the time when our bodies are replenished, reenergized, and repaired. Sleep is essential for a healthy body and life. If we don’t get adequate sleep daily, it affects every aspect of our lives.
But God, Almighty in His eternal deity, and unmatched infinite power never sleeps or slumbers. God is the Replenisher. He is the Re-Energizer, and He is the Repairer.
How reassuring it is to know that God never takes His eyes off us- not even for one split second. Whether we’re sleeping or whether we’re awake, God is constantly watching us. What’s more, God not only sees each person externally, but He sees into the deepest part of each person. He sees into your very spirit and soul.
So, no matter what you’re going through, or what you’ve been through, you can be absolutely confident that God’s all-seeing, divine eyes are on you at all times. That means that God sees your pain in the middle of the night when everyone else may be sleeping. God sees your tears that are hidden from others when you are silently weeping. God sees your fears that are deep down inside. God sees everything that you do, including all the things you try to hide. God sees your sins and yet He loves you anyway. God sees all your flaws and He’s still here to stay. God never sleeps or slumbers. You can be certain, God has His loving eyes on you at all times.
Prayer:
Dear Father God,
Thank You Lord for always watching over us. Lord, You are so incredible, so amazing, so loving, and so caring. What peace we have knowing that You are always watching over us. What humility we have in knowing that You see us through and through and You still love us with an unparalleled love. Lord we are comforted by Your omnipresence. We are strengthened by Your might. We sleep and wake in peace knowing that Your divine all-seeing eyes are always on us, because You are God Almighty who never sleeps or slumbers. Lord, please help us to be ever mindful of this fact no matter what we’re going through or what we’ve been through. We praise You Lord Most High and give You all the glory due Your holy name.
