With these stressful times that we are living in and having more and more on your plate, there are times when you may feel all alone, as if it’s you against the world. You may feel that you’re in a place that no one understands, and maybe even no one cares. Even in a room full of familiar people, you may still feel unfamiliar and alone.
And then there are other times when you may not necessarily feel alone, but feel you could definitely use some extra help handling certain situations, such as a challenging work environment, a tumultuous relationship, or a serious financial or personal matter. Maybe an upcoming presentation, the demands of a project, whether big or small, or tackling a long sought-after goal brings up some fear, unsurety, and/or anxiety.
Well help is here! God says Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of My righteousness. God is with you, so you can relax. No matter the situation, God is with you and not just as an idle by stander. You know how someone can be with you, but not really be with you, or talking to you, but not really be with you? External closeness does not equal internal closeness, and words exchanged between two people, no matter how loving, does not always equate to real love. But when God says He’s with you, He is really with you in every situation, and in every way.
That void will be filled because God is with you. That work situation, it will be resolved because God is with you. God will either keep you there for a reason and a season or God will move you, move that person, or other people. Either way, you don’t have to worry because God is with you. That project, it will be completed with great success, and you will reach your goals, and that financial matter, it’s gone, because God is with you. So have no fear, don’t be discouraged no matter where you are, where you go, or what you’re doing, God is with you.
Prayer:
Dear Father God,
Thank You Lord for always being with me. Lord what blessed assurance to know that there is no place, no situation, no time where You are not with me. Lord, what needless pain Your children bear worrying and walking in fear when we neglect to hold on to this promise. No matter what is going on in my life or all around me, please help me Lord to be ever mindful and hold to this promise, Dear Lord God, that You are always with me, even unto the ends of the world. I love You Lord.
