Thank You Lord for my trials and tribulations, which draw me closer to You. Lord no matter what comes my way, I choose to thank You in the midst of it all. Please forgive me Lord for the times that I have complained about things, which took my focus away from You. Lord, I ask that You help me to immediately recognize when I start to drift and complain about my circumstances, so that I can instantly turn my focus to You and thank You. In fact, Lord, please help me, by Your Holy Spirit, to thank You, first, in every situation. I love You Lord.

One thing that you can count on in this life, you will have reoccurring trials and tribulations. And when they come, you have a choice. You can choose to complain about all the things that appear to be going wrong, or you can choose to thank God for His amazing goodness and all the things that are going right. Complaining draws your attention away from God. Complaining brings about more stress. And complaining blocks your blessings. But when you thank God regardless of your circumstances, you get God’s and all of Heaven’s attention in a good way. You move God to act on your behalf. When you thank God in the midst of your trials and tribulations, you open yourself to receive the blessings that God has prepared for you. So, choose to thank God no matter whatever, despite whatever, in the midst of whatever and watch God flood you with His abundant peace and blessings.
Prayer:
Dear Father God,
Thank You Lord for my trials and tribulations, which draw me closer to You. Lord no matter what comes my way, I choose to thank You in the midst of it all.
