Job 5:19-21
He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee.
In famine He shall redeem thee from death: and in war from the power of the sword.
Thou shalt be hid from the scourge of the tongue: neither shalt thou be afraid of destruction when it cometh.
Job 22:21
Acquaint now thyself with Him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee.
Have you ever been in a battle with an opponent, and it seemed like you were losing? You may have found yourself saying - not again, or when will this end? Well, when you are serving the Lord- You are always on the winning team! GOD WON’T LET YOU LOSE. Even when it seems like you’re losing or have lost- you’re really winning and have already won!!!! As long as you are walking with God- You Can’t Lose. God won’t let you lose.

A perfect example of this affirmation is found in the book of Job, about a man who was perfect and upright before the Lord. Job’s opponent was Satan, who afflicted Job in ways that could have literally destroyed him. Except, as commanded by God, Satan couldn’t take Job’s life. Your opponent may be a person, a group of people, a bad habit, or situation. But make no mistake about it, all of these opponents are just a vehicle for your real opponent, the enemy. And like Job, your opponent always has God ordered limits.
So be encouraged and don’t lose hope. One thing Job did was keep his faith in God. No matter what you’re facing, or how you may be attacked, you can rest assured that with God on your side, you are a winner. It doesn’t matter how things look, sound, or feel, with God you can’t lose. God won’t let you lose. In fact, you can just thank and praise Him right now because you’ve already won the battle!

Dear Father God,
Thank You Lord for being with me through every battle. How emboldened and comforting to know that there is no battle too great for You. No opponent too big for You. No situation undefeatable with You. Lord I know that with You, no matter the battle, I’m always a winner. Please help me to stand firm in this Lord, even when I’m at my weakest and lowest point. I thank You Lord and praise You with my whole heart as I know that with You on my side, it’s impossible for me to lose. It’s already done, and I’ve already won.
In Jesus name I pray,
Amen
